Big week of fashion and music at taste

26 Mar, 2008 07:02 AM
Susan Holmwood closed her outlet in Canowindra late last year to open in Woollahra in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

“I moved from Canowindra to an old Victorian terrace house at 26 Queen Street Woollahra last year which was redesigned to provide a beautiful boutique style shopping experience that combines the contemporary glamour of the City with the warm sensibility of an Australian rural connection,” said Susan this week.

“I’ve been designing and manufacturing in Australia for over 15 years producing an exclusive range of fine Italian linen and Italian cotton shirts.”

Not wishing to disappoint local customers Susan returns in April to exhibit her winter range.

All will be on display at taste Canowindra Thursday April 3rd. & Fri 4th. from 10 am – 6pm and from 10 til 4 on Saturday 5th.

To complete the creative feast there is a great theatre restaurant night from 7pm Friday 4th with Pat Drummond and Karen Lynne.

In 1999 Karen Lynne entered into an exciting new partnership with noted Australian Singer/Song writer, Pat Drummond.

The highly acclaimed Duet Album "Six Days in December" was released in January 2000 at the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Tracks from this album, including the first single "The Rush" have been featured nationally on ABC radio and ten of the eleven songs have been penned by Pat and Karen.

Many will remember Pat from his great work on the music in the early days of the Marti’s Balloon Fiesta, others will remember him from the Bushwackers tours or his duet performances with John Schumann.

Early bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment. Further Info : PH 02 6344 2332.
