The Canowindra High School P & C Association is having a Deb of the Year Ball this Friday night, November 13 starting at 6:30pm.
The theme for the night is Black & White. There are 11 girls participating this year and they will be presented at 7pm. Tickets are still on sale from Canowindra Newsagency and are $30 each which includes a meal.
“Idiot Box” from Cowra will be playing from 8:30pm to 12:30pm. Presentation for Deb of the Year will be made at 9pm. The girls participating this year are:
Peta Edwards partnered by Peter Guthrie. Peta’s interests are horse riding, swimming and sports.
Bonny Wythes will be partnered by James Vitnell. Bonny has interests in music and touch football.
Sarah Ellis is being partnered by Sean Wyburn. Sarah likes listening to music, singing and going to the theatre.
Monique Kearney will be partnered by Tom Roth. Her interests are netball, swimming and being with friends.
Brittney Baker will be partnered by Sam Beath. Brittney likes to participate in running and loves being with friends.
Jodie Hare is being partnered by Abram Wilcox. Jodie’s interests are playing bass guitar with the school rock band and being with friends.
Janelle Zahra will be partnered by Nick Whatman. Janelle enjoys sports particularly touch football.
Kristi Whiteman is being partnered by Josh Welsh. Her interests are Netball, swimming and being with her friends.
Narelle Forbes will be partnered by Brodie Friend. Narelle enjoys being with her friends.
Alisha Smith is being partnered by Tom Abbott. She likes swimming, running, skiing and motorbike riding.
Amy Wythes will be partnered by Aaron Woolley. Amy enjoys horse riding, swimming and running.
Kayla Peterswill be partnered by Andrew Watson.
Her interests are dancing and swimming.
