Canowindra’s Town Christmas Party will be held at the pool this Saturday evening, and Santa will take time out from his busy Christmas preparations to attend.

The party kicks off at 6pm and will have games, prizes, a chocolate wheel, music and live entertainment from Stacey’s singing choir.

Canowindra Rotary Club has teamed up with Santa to get some great goodies for the kids at the party.

Entry to the town party is free, and when it winds up at 8pm the pool will screen its first movie of the season.

Surf’s Up will start at 8.30pm and tickets are $5 for a single and $15 for a family, which includes grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

To get a free sausage sandwich on the night put your name on the movie list by tomorrow by calling Cheryl on 6344-1850.

There will be two lucky door prizes, one for the Christmas party and one for the movie.
