Mentor program ends on successful note

12 Nov, 2008 09:24 AM
The second round of the Plan-it Youth Program for 2008 has just come to an end at Canowindra High School.

The Year 10 students involved, along with their mentors and invited guests, finished the program with an early luncheon in the Food Technology room at the school.

Plan-it Youth is about supporting young people through one-on-one mentoring.

Students were given the opportunity to discuss with their mentors their plans for the future and think about strategies to make them happen.

Thanks to our mentors: Helen Payten; Margie Crowther; Pauline Carroll; Debbie Rutter and Terry Mooney and thanks to Mrs Taylor and Mrs Watts, who have looked after the program.
