This Friday night Canowindra Show Society is holding a Spring Ball at the Services Club.

As usual the Ball will showcase this years Showgirl entrants and give Canowindra their first opportunity to see those young women vying for the chance to represent Canowindra at the Zone and maybe Sydney Royal Showgirl competitions this year.

For the first time the 2007 Ball will also introduce Junior Showgirls, girls under 16 who wish to have a trial run in a Showgirl type competition, which will enhance all types of skills needed in the future.

The Ball will commence at 7:30pm so bring your basket supper for the table and dance the night away to well known band 'The Young Ones'.

Tickets are $25:00 per person and are available at Canowindra Newsagency and dress for the night is Black Tie or formal.

If anyone has not yet seen the new auditorium at the Services Club this is the perfect opportunity to celebrate its as the alterations are simply superb.

So get your tickets, and come and have an entertaining time as the Canowindra Show Society celebrates, Showgirls, a new venue and who knows it may even make it rain as well.
