The students and teachers at St Edwards Primary School Canowindra are busily preparing for an Art Extravaganza to be held on Saturday 16 September at 7pm at the school.
Each class is developing an artwork which will be auctioned on the night with talents ranging from mosaics to fabric work.
Local artists including Bob Craven, Jody Mitchell, Marg Fynan, David Isbester and Raw Canvas are supporting the initiative providing guidance and works to auction.
The students are also doing individual paintings that will be on display.
The evening will include fabulous food from Jo Robson Catering and performances by local musicians including violinists Holly Durkin and Kerry O'Dea.
The community is invited to share in this event with early bird tickets available at
$20.
