Unfortunately last Saturday qualifying finals were washed out in all 3 grades.

Canowindra were to play Mandurama in the qualifier but have advanced to the grand trail after finishing in second place on the competition table.

The two sides met two weeks ago with Canowindra winning by four wickets.

Mandurama finished in third place on the table.

Like wish Grand final opponents Bowling club have advanced to the grand final after finishing first in the minor permiership and have advanced over fourth placed Town House.

Canowindra have played Bowling Club twice this season with both sides winning one game a piece.

Another tight game is expected with the young Canowindra team underage against the experienced bowling club side.

The game starts at 1:00pm on Saturday with all players to be at the ground at 12:30pm. Team for Saturday:

SPORT TRUST MEETING

Canowindra Sport Trust will be holding a general meeting this Thursday March 29.

The meeting will be held at the rugby clubhouse at 7.pm.

Training Rosters for the upcoming season and activities of the current executive are to be discussed.

All sporting clubs are urged to send along a delegate.

This meeting will be followed up by the annual general meeting on Thursday the April 19 at 6.30pm at the rugby clubhouse.
