Canowindra Public School studentsRohan Toole has just finished a week representing Western Region at the state cricket carnival in Windsor. Rohan managed to score 103 runs in his last three innings, including a 51 and a 33, by far the highest score for any batter from western and one of the highest from all regions.
Rohan’s performance led to him being selected in the in the state train on squad of 24 boys, as a middle order batsman.
He will attend a camp on the next school holidays at St Gregory’s, Campbelltown.
A state team will be picked from that squad to play in the national titles in Darwin, later in the year.
