Knights v Stallions (0-1)

Knights: no report

Stallions: The team played extremely well today with sky high clearances from Matt and Caleb keeping the ball in our half. Ali kept pressure on the goalie the whole time. Pocket, Meg, Renae, Cassie and Becky has some excellent runs with out goal going to Will. Lucy had us all out of our seats attacking the ball and Aidan played like a trooper. Player points: Renae, 3, Caleb, 2, Ali, 1.

Strikers v Wolves (9-0)

Strikers: Strikers played keenly as a team. Player of the week was Sam Gallagher. Player points Jason Spalding, 3; Gidall Bakini, 2; Jeremy Carpenter, 1.

Wolves: On what proved to be a cold and windy day the Wolves showed a lot of commitment and tried hard to stick to their game plan. Brook and Paris played their normal game and tried hard all day. Maddie, Eloise, Logan and Amelia were all strong in the middle and defended well. John, Rhys and Tim never stopped trying. Brenton and Chris gave the Strikers trouble all game. Knights v Stallions (0-0)

Knights" Another great game, Knights! Despite the windy weather, several opportunities went amiss. The centre strength of Kathryn, Charlotte, Jade, Madison and Jake C were kept busy in both defence and attack. The forwards of Josh, Brandon, Bradon and Jake Amos kept the pressure on the opposition. Paige, Cameron, Ben E and Kim were run off their feet in defence. Everyone played very well. Player of the Week to Kim Woods.

Stallions: An early start in the cold windy morning. Hannah at the back stopped everything and spoke all game - great. Eddie, Lachie and Montana repelled the ball all morning - great. Clare and Lucy worked themselves to a standstill - great. Mikaela, Ali and Zac were on the ball all morning - great. Isaac, Ebony and Nicole worked the ball well and how they kept going I don't know. This was the best we have played all year. A great game between two good teams. Thanks kids, see ya Thursday.

Strikers v Wolves (1-0)

Strikers: What a great display in team effort. With only 9 players you had a deserving win. Jackson, wow, best game ever, Nick Q and Nicole in the backs never stopped trying. The midfield, Nick G, Aisha, Doc and Josh played well. Sam and Jono, great game in goal. Well done team. Keep up the good week.

Wolves: Strong defensive work to restrict the opposition's scoring opportunities. Good effort team. Player of the Week to Jack Beath.

City v Stallions (4-2)

City: no report

Stallions: We had to defend out butts off. 4-0 at half time wasn't looking good. Two goals to Peter made the score look better. Janelle put her hand up for goalie and has a lot of saves. Jamie Bennett stopped everything near the goal and got the 3 points. Casey went goalie in the second half and deserved 2 points. I think we found a replacement for Sam Beath. Keira 1 point, chased everything.

Knights v Wolves (2-2)

Wolves: Great game, Wolves. Cameron, Murray and Lachlan worked well, peppering the goalie all game. Cameron came away with two goals. Josiah came from goalie in the first half to almost score on several occasions in the second half, hitting the uprights and having the wind hold the ball out. Callum took over the goalie shirt in the second half, saving several attempts.
