Canowindra squash player Rohan Toole is just back from a week on the Gold Coast with former world champion and current national coach Rodney Eyles.
The Canowindra High student has been fine tuning his technique under the watchful eye of Eyles, as well as developing an individual fitness program.
The teenager might still only be 15 but is rapidly climbing the rankings in age groups above, as well as professional ranks nationally and worldwide.
Toole currently holds the top New South Wales ranking in both the Under 16 and Under 17 age groups, is Australian number one in the Under 16 category and ranked sixth nationally in the Under 17s.
Added to that, he is currently ranked 33rd Australian in the Professional Squash Association world men's rankings .
His worldwide ranking improved a massive 30 places at the start of this year, now at his his personal best of 348.
He has just received a wildcard entry to the ACT Open PSA event to the played in April.
This puts him straight into the main draw where he will hopefully get to play some of the top 100 squash players in the world.
Now home in Canowindra Toole will continue his training with the NSW squad this weekend, as well as participating in the Sydney Youth Circuit under 23s event at Lane Cove.
