Results of three matches played last Tuesday July 20.
Consistency 2nd round – Shirley Robson defeated Sheryn O’Malveney 151-114.
Rose bowl 2nd round – Moyna Rue defeated Bobbie Turner 31-19 played over 26 ends.
Minor singles semi final – Dianne Mooney
defeated Betty Jenkins 31-24, this was a great match played over 34 ends. Betty led until about half way through the match, when Dianne made a great comeback to claim the win.

There was one game of social triples – Linda Miller, Betty Hodge and nancy Morrow defeated Daph Bryant, Ellen Petty and Deanna Noble.
The Lucky Draw was won by Margaret Gosper with number 16.
At our monthly meeting held after bowls it was moved that we have a pointscore competition for Thursdays, the same as the one run for Tuesday bowls, to encourage bowlers to play on Thursdays.
Betty Jenkins has offered to donate a trophy for the yearly winner at our presentation at the end of the year.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Elaine Green who underwent surgery in Sydney last week, which went well.
She is now recuperating at Apex House in Orange, we sincerely hope your health situation will be improved in the coming weeks.
Our thoughts are also with Christine Pickard with her fractured leg, hope you will soon be back playing bowls with us all.
From August 3, bowls will commence at 10am, names in by 9.30am. This applies to both Tuesdays and Thursdays.
