Go Tigers Go!!!! What a great team effort by the Tigers. Every player had an outstanding game all tackling well and running hard. With a close half time score the Tigers upped the pace and ran a lot of tries in to come up with a great win. Sensational tries came from Shae Reid, Nathan Whatman and Jake Hutchings all scoring one try each. The mighty Sam Willson had a top game scoring his first try of the season and making some great intercepts and tackles, well done Sam. We cannot go past the super try man Callum Clyburn scoring a massive 4 tries, Callum constantly finding the gaps in his opposition to run tries in every week. William Middleton, Max Wensley, Jake and Callum all kicked terrific goals. Miles Mackenzie has come out of his shell, chasing and tackling everything in sight. Well done Miles. Jai Regan and Jack Traves had great all round games tackling well and making good metres. All the Tigers played extremely well!Congratulations Tigers!Final score Tigers 40 - Grenfell 32.

Canowindra Services Club U10's

Who are we in the black and gold? Canowindra Services Club Under 10's hear us roar. What a great game of football. A few errors early in the game and the team sluggish in defence to start with as Rohan Toole was on the bench for the first half of the game. The team taking a while to find their feet without Rohan leading the way, but we can't complain as the team came away winners 54 to 4.

Alex Willson kicked off with the ball bouncing once before finding the sideline giving us possession straight away. Bailey Cains' first hitup of the day resulted in his first try of the day which he unsuccessfully converted. Bailey receiving the ball again to score his second try of the day which Bradyn Cassidy successfully converted. Grenfell playing a good defensive game making it alot harder for our team in the first half of the game compared to the game they played in the first round. Bradyn went over to score his first try of the day which Alex successfully converted. Grenfell going over to score their first and only try of the day which they did not convert making the half time score 16 to 4. Harry the Magnificent Whatman scoring early in the second half whichTalby Upton successfully converted.

Alex had a good run passing the ball to Bradyn who went over to score our fifth try of the day.

The play was brilliant and both boys can be proud of their effort. The try was unsuccessfully converted by Jordi Brown. Bailey having another good run to score his third try of the game which Harry successfully converted. The team was on a roll with Bradyn scoring again which Josh Trayhurn successfully converted. Alex going over to score which Zak Whitehead successfully converted.

Bradyn scoring his fourth try of the game which was unsuccessfully converted by Robert Weigold. Josh taking credit for our final try of the day which was successfully converted by Rohan making the final score Canowindra 54 Grenfell 4. Players player for todays game was Bradyn Cassidy.

Absent from the side was Jumara Cutmore. Having great games in attack were Bradyn, Josh, Talby, Bailey, Louis O'Keeffe, Alex, Harry and Tyler Reid. Great games in defence were Bailey, Alex, Harry, Josh, Jordi and Bradyn. Other team members helping acheive this outstanding result were Sam McKenzie, Dan Friend, Tara Jenkins, Zak making some excellent ground down the sidelines, Warren Ackroyd and Robbie. GO Tigers. Congratulations to our other teams on their wins also. A great game, and all the best this weekend at Manildra.

Earsmans Concrete U12's

What a well deserved victory for these Tigers. With the addition of the U11's the Tigers finally found their feet and played great footy. Scoring brilliant tries this week were Harry M, Blake W and Tim W. Goals were converted by Blake and Matty M. With the Tigers getting in and tackling Kain E, Mick C, Simon W and Nick W all made a massive amount of tackles keeping Grenfell of the try line. Also with Hayden F, Jack K, Troy J, James W and Jordan B all tackling hard and putting in some big hits. Some great running came from Makk M, Jack B, Nick T, Jamie G and Jacob D. All the Tigers were running straight and hard and passed the ball well. Mick W, Dean W, Kye R all put in a great effort against the bigger players. All of these Tigers had a brilliant game making tackles they normally would shy away from and running hard and smart all game. Excellent game boys, keep up the great work! Play hard against Manildra Tigers! Final score Tigers 16 - Grenfell 14.

Canowindra Produce U14's

What a great team effort by the boys. Up against a dogged and determined Grenfell side, these young Tiger Terrors turned on the power and completely outclassed their opponents 66-0. Every player turned up to play and did not let their team mates down. With 8 different try scorers it showed how much the boys were willing to throw the ball about. Try scorers were Brodie, Tom R, Jesse J, James V, Mitchell W, Adam P, Gerard E and Michael C. By keeping the opposition to nil, it showed how rugged our defence was. This game showcased what this side is really capable of putting onto the field. If we could play with this much determination and passion and teamwork every game no side would be able to touch us. Again it was a wholehearted effort by all the boys. Well Done Tiger!!!

Also another big thankyou to Harry, Mick, Kain, Troy and Hayden from the U12's who all backed up to help the U14's out. Final score Tigers 66 - Grenfell 0.
