What a wonderful week, all the heats were played through the week of an evening and the finals on the weekend. It would be good if we played this often every week all our games would improve well at least our fitness levels. We had dinner together on the Saturday Night at the golf Club, and this was attended well. No one on Sunday where showing signs of having too big a night. Mind you some could have helped their opponents by having a few extra drinks.

Thank you to all members of the squash club and their families who help through the year. We have a strong enthusiastic club and it is because of the wonderful commitment of all of you that we are going so strong.
I would like to say a thank you to Helen McSpadden for all the hard work she does all year. The smiling face we see every Monday Night for Ladies squash, she makes everything run smoothly and nothing is ever a problem. Even though I am sure the subs must make life difficult. She always says not a problem it will be fine, and for the people trying to improve their game she always has encouraging advice and tips to over. So thank you Helen you make coming to squash a joy and something to look forward to each week.
