Four Canowindra residents have joined 17 others seeking a spot on Cabonne Council at next month's local government elections.
They are current Councillors Kevin Walker and Anthony Durkin plus Tom Ward and Barry Burn.
The other candidates are: Ian Gosper, Derek Johnson, Michael Hayes, Paul Mullins, Jamie Jones and Lenny Punch of Molong; Lachlan Macsmith and Greg Treavors of Boree; Janelle Culverson, Sharon Wilcox and Colin Young of Mullion Creek; Ian Davison of Borenore; Geoff Dean of Cudal; Marlene Nash of Manildra; Graham Smith of Cumnock and Ralph Chrystall and Gerard Ingham of Lidster.
There are 12 Councillor positions available and this election will be the first time Cabonne residents will not vote for candidates in different 'wards'.
The elections will be held on Saturday, September 8.
