Second place was Sally Newton (Walgett) and third, Sarah Clift.
Celebrating the 52nd anniversary of the competition, the weekend's Showgirl presentation was one of great tradition and prestige.
In 1962, 20 young ladies entered the very first Showgirl Competition, an event that now boasts over 500 entrants with more than 120 regional Show societies participating in the esteemed contest.
Despite the long history of the competition, the judging criterion has endured the test of time.
The 16 Showgirls finalists were assessed on their confidence, ambition and life goals, personality, general knowledge, rural knowledge, presentation and speech.
Since winning the local title last year, Ms White has spearheaded a project to help raise funds for the restoration of the historic sheep shed at the Canowindra Showground.
