The 2014 trek will run from Thursday, September 18 to Saturday, September 20 through towns and village on the Central West Slopes of NSW.
Camp Quality Tractor Trek Director, Graeme Eggleston said a number of new tractors are coming from all over the state this year.
"The drivers and organisers have been fundraising for a number of months and our goal to be self-sufficient in the region to support children with cancer and their families, is achievable" Mr Eggleston said.
"Last year we were able to do this thanks to the generosity of so many sponsors and individuals from across the whole of the Central West.
"We've been amazed again this year as to the amount of community support which has been provided to help bring a smile onto the faces of children with cancer.
"We took a number of families to the Moscow Circus when they visited the region a couple of months ago and to see the looks and the children's faces really shows how everyone in the community is making a difference."
More children will be going to camps in the next school holidays. The 2014 Camp Quality Tractor trek will travel from Borenore to Cudal, through Murga and to Forbes on the first day. Day two will see the Tractors run to Eugowra, Gooloogong and over to Canowindra for the second overnight stop. Day three will see the tractors zigzag up the slopes west of Cargo to arrive back at Borenore for a finishing celebration.
"I have to thank our corporate sponsors for again showing their support in 2014 with the level of commitment already amazing," Mr Eggleston said.
"Our drivers are now out in the community fund raising and we are currently running the Camp Quality Tractor Trek raffle and I would encourage anyone to buy a raffle ticket or donate a little to one of the tractors participating.
"Community support really does make a difference and the great thing is the money raised goes to our local kids and their families to help get them through an extremely trying time.
"We hope to match last year's fund raising effort of $180,000 and to this point in time we are on track to achieve this target and bring a smile onto the faces of children with cancer."
