The Delia Lama has been nominated for Excellence in Hospitality, Eddy's of Canowindra for Excellence in Accommodation, Age of Fishes Museum for Excellence in Tourism and the Canowindra Community Players for Contribution to Cabonne - Community Organisation.
Awards Chairman and Central NSW Business Enterprise Centre executive officer Bruce Buchanan said the public response had been amazing.
The awards moved to a popular vote format in 2013 which struck a real chord with the community," Mr Buchanan said.
"However, this year the number of votes was more than double last year's which shows the Daroos continue to go from strength to strength."
More than 80 businesses accepted nominations categories from the public which then cast its votes to determine the winners.
In addition to the 13 categories for which businesses were nominated by customers and clients, there will be awards for the employee of the year, apprentice-trainee of the year and the coveted Best Business in Cabonne.
A $3000 television advertising package on the WIN TV network awaits this year's outstanding business when the winners are announced at a gala dinner at Molong on Friday, November 7.
