That’s how Light the Night, held at the oval on Saturday night has been described by organiser, Colleen Traves.
Raising money for the Leukemia Foundation to help invest funds in blood cancer research.
“All told, we’ve raised over $10,500 and still counting so it’s just wonderful,” Colleen said.
Around 400 people attended the lantern walk, with Colleen saying it was a very special event.
“It was a lovely night, emotional, magical and it was so pretty to see the yellow, blue and white,” she said.
