Royal commission on union corruption told Julia Gillard should be cleared of any crime

Former prime minister Julia Gillard should be cleared of any crime in her dealings with union officials who misappropriated money from a union-linked slush fund, according to a submission by the counsel assisting the royal commission into unions.
