Stepping On commences on Monday, October 10 from 2pm at the Canowindra Community Health Centre and is designed for people older than 65 years of age who live at home and can walk independently or with a walking stick.
Those who get involved will benefit from confidence in their ability to step outside, improved strength and balance and improved mobility.
Participants will also as gain knowledge about fall hazards, nutrition for stronger bones and how to maximise their independence.
