A man who allegedly choked his younger brother during a heated argument in Sydney's south-west has been charged with manslaughter after his sibling couldn't be revived.

Shane Graham, 40, was at his house in Norman Dunlop Crescent, Minto, on Tuesday night with his brother Beau Carney, 30, when the pair got into a disagreement.
It turned physical and Mr Graham allegedly held Mr Carney down on the ground and choked him.
It is alleged Mr Carney lost consciousness.
Mr Graham called an ambulance but, when paramedics arrived at the house just after 8pm, his brother was pronounced dead.
Macquarie Fields police have charged Mr Graham with manslaughter and he was granted strict conditional bail in Campbelltown Local Court on Wednesday.
One of his bail conditions is to report to a mental health unit in Campbelltown for treatment and ongoing appointments.
He posted $1000 surety and was ordered to report to Liverpool police each day. His passport was also taken by police at the crime scene to prevent him travelling overseas.
A close family friend of both men said Mr Graham suffers a severe mental illness and the family were "gutted" by the incident.
Mr Carney, who listed his job as a worker at Woolworths' distribution centre in Yennora, was a "very deep" and caring person, friend Jeff Tamariki told Fairfax Media.
"[He was] the kinda guy to look into things a bit further, which made him special," Mr Tamariki said.
"The kind of guy that would stop and take the time to appreciate rain or the stars. It would get really funny with him sometimes because we'd almost start spacing out in conversation thinking things ... but that also brings about his deeper care for people, which was gold to me.
"Brings a tear right now thinking of the loss."
Mr Carney described himself on Facebook as someone who was "more spiritual than religious" and listed one of his favourite quotes as: "You don't choose the cards you get dealt, but you do choose how you play them."
Another friend said Mr Carney was not as close to Mr Graham as he was with other siblings but they saw each other often.
They played poker together and enjoyed occasional games of cricket or golf.
Mr Graham's partner, who lives at the Minto house with him, declined to comment.
