To celebrate the arrival, and to encourage participation, Gooloogong residents are invited to attend a free Active Farmer class at the Gooloogong Park on Sunday, June 4 at 9am.
The class will be followed by a delicious breakfast.
Tory brings a huge amount of enthusiasm and passion for the health of the Gooloogong community, and is excited to be running classes suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
Tory has also been running Active Farmers classes in Cowra since January this year.
More information on Tory can be found at http://www.activefarmers.com.
Active Farmers brings farmers and community members together through group fitness in a fun and interactive environment.
Designed especially for farmers and smaller communities with limited access to fitness expertise and equipment, Active Farmers provides motivational, challenging and fun training sessions to help promote great physical health and mentalhealth.
Active Farmers was established two years ago and after a recent joint venture with Delta Agribusiness.
The program is hoping to expand to as many country towns as possible; working together to improve physical and mental health across the board.
