The construction of three new aged-care units at Molong is expected to be completed by the end of the month. The project, an initiative of the town’s Acacia Lodge Committee, aims to provide accommodation for those people with the most need who may not be able to afford to enter traditional aged-care facilities. The units were built at a cost of $700,000 by Hines Construction. Cabonne Council is now fencing and landscaping the site ahead of its opening.
