Police have charged a woman over the stabbing of a man in Canowindra.

Between 2am and 3am on Friday 4 August 2017, a 41-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman, who are in a domestic relationship, became involved in an argument and altercation at a home on Randall Street, Moorbel.
During the altercation the woman allegedly inflicted a wound to the man’s back using a boning knife.
After the incident, the woman drove the man to Canowindra Hospital for treatment. Police attended and the woman was arrested.
She was taken to Orange Police Station where she was charged with reckless wounding.
She was granted conditional bail to appear at Cowra Local Court on Wednesday 23 August 2017.
