Cabonne residents have only a fortnight to vote online for their favourite businesses or service organisations in the 2017 Cabonne Daroo Business Awards.

Voting closes at 5pm on Friday, September 15.

After near record nominations, customers and clients are now being asked to vote online for businesses in 14 of the 17 categories.

Three categories, Best Business in Cabonne, Employee of the Year and Apprentice Trainee of the Year, are determined by an independent judging panel.

Voting is easy process. Just go to the awards website www.daroobusinessawards.com.au and click on the voting link.

People without computer or internet access should contact the Central NSW HQ on 6362 0448 and a hard copy voting form will be mailed to them with a reply-paid envelope.

Residents can also contact Cabonne Council on 6392 3200 to obtain a form.

The awards will be announced at a gala dinner at Yeoval Memorial Hall on Friday 3 November 2017.

Details of how to purchase tickets to the dinner will be released following the completion of the online voting process and the determination of the finalists in the 17 categories.
