Michael and Fadi Ibrahim, who were arrested in Dubai over a month ago, arrived in Sydney on Saturday night after being extradited.
Australian Federal Police and their state counterparts arrested 18 people early last month during a series of raids in Sydney and Dubai.
The Ibrahims will appear in Sydney's Central Local Court on Monday.
The AFP said four men were extradited and would face charges including conspiracy to import a commercial quantity of a border controlled drug, dealing in the proceeds of crime and possession of imported tobacco.
Underworld figures Mustapha Dib, Ahmad "Rock" Ahmad and Koder Jomaa, who were also implicated in the conspiracy.
