Canowindra@home’s Sam Statham said they were exited to be catering for a mix of people this year.
“We’ll have the foodie crowd, local produce crowd, those people who are here for the Open Gardens and the Ladies from the CWA who have come for their Group Conference,” he said.
“The night market is something that’s a bit more casual, a free event for the community to come along to. They’re not big, they are like a little party than anything else.
“It should be a nice social gathering for all ages, with facepainters and yummy homemade food for kids,” he said.
This year on deck for catering will be:
- Jeremy Evans from Dorper Lamb, Cargo.
- Andrew Wooldridge and Margie Crowther from Rayz Organic Grazing, Canowindra.
- Cheryl Walker from the Deli Lama.
- Wood Fire Pizza matched with traditional bubbles from Graham and Jan at Tom’s Waterhole, Canowindra.
- Dela and Grets with spiced beef kofta with Israeli pickled vegetables, tabbouleh, hommus and flatbread, matched with Wallington Wines
