It’s the fifth edition of the event in Canowindra, which raises money for the Leukaemia Foundation to help beat blood cancer.
This year’s event marks the first time it’s been held on a Friday night.
Stalls, face painting, a riding bull, a novelty footy match between the Tigers and Pythons and possibly a tethered hot air balloon are just some of the attractions.
However, the twilight walk with glowing lanterns around Tom Clyburn Oval is the main event.
Organiser Colleen Traves hasn’t set a fund raising goal this year but hopes there’s plenty of support from the town.
“I hope we can attract lots of people. People usually really appreciate it, it’s not like anything they’ve had before in town,” she said.
Lanterns coloured yellow, blue and white, and t-shirts will be available on the evening.
Many prizes will also be raffled with money raised going directly to the Leukaemia Foundation.
