A rally will be held at Canowindra's Tilga Street crossing on Friday, March 15 to highlight what some believe are its inadequacies.
Organisers of the rally say it "is poorly marked, hard to see, difficult to use and completely unsafe".
"All parents, grandparents, family, friends and community members are asked to join the Canowindra Public School P and C and St Edward's Primary School P and F at the rally," organisers of the rally said.
The rally will be held at 8.30am on Friday, March 15 at the crossing in Tilga Street.
In January this year member for Orange Phil Donato said he has written to Minister for Roads, Maritime and Freight, Melinda Pavey, on behalf of the Canowindra Public School community, who have expressed concerns regarding the safety of the crossing.
