Noeline's son, Scott Preston, said it was a quiet, "no fuss" occasion and she was surrounded by her immediate family.
Her birthday was celebrated with her husband Noel, their children and their partners Scott and Teresa, Mandy and Brad and Jono and Steph.
Noeline's "six and a half" grandchildren were also in attendance, with the family's newest arrival expected to arrive in May.
Mr Preston said his mum has spent her whole life in Canowindra.
"She's been a Canowindra girl her whole life, born and bred in Canowindra," he said.
Canowindra residents may recognise Noeline and Noel, who owned a small business in the town for a number of years.
"They owned a corner store in town for years before they both retired," Scott said.
The couple have been retired for about 10 years.
"Happy birthday Old Chook."
