Traves and Lees in marathon contest at men's bowls
Semi-Final | Major Singles
Last Monday a semi final of the major singles was played with Roger Traves against Brent Lees. This was a marathon game lasting three and a half hours over 44 ends. After 26 ends Roger led 21-12. Then after the next eight ends Brent caught up to lead 24-23. On the second last end the scores were level at 30 all. Brent scored a shot on the last end to win the semi final 31-30.

- Friday, April 26: Our club presents Grooves On The Green featuring Lisa Austin Palumbo and Starr. Bring your picnic blanket and enjoy free live music on the bowling greens.
- Saturday, April 27: Breakfast at The Bowlo from 8.30am. Come along to the Bowlo after the morning's balloon festivities for a barista made coffee and a bacon and egg roll. Juices tea and BBQ also available. You're are welcome to stay for a casual game of lawn bowls.
- Wednesday badge draw will be $500, Friday badge draw will be $500 and Sunday badge draw will be $400.
