With collections commencing on the Monday, residents are asked to neatly place items next to the edge of the kerb the weekend before.
All waste must be separated into four separate piles:
- Scrap metal and white goods including fridges, stoves, microwaves, washing machines, mowers and barbecues
- General bulky waste such as mattresses, furniture, floor coverings and vacuum cleaners
- Bundled organics including garden prunings, leaves and lawn clippings, untreated timber and tree limbs no longer than 1.8m and 250mm in diameter and;
- E-waste such as televisions, printers, keyboards, monitors, laptops and towers.
The total volume of waste must not exceed two cubic metres.
