The Directors of Ray White Emms Mooney are excited by the prospect of having Josh as an owner in the business.
Mr Keefe said it has always been a goal of his to be an equity partner with such a successful business.
"I've been in real estate for 17 years and this was something I always wanted," he said.
"I learnt my Real Estate trade by throwing myself in the deep end in the Sydney property market and learnt from some of the highest performers in that market, always with the intention of moving back to Cowra to be solely focused on rural property sales in the Cowra and surrounding region."
"The strength of Ray White Emms Mooney, being the largest and most successful team covering the Tablelands and Central West, allows us to offer much more to our clients," Josh said.
Mr Bird added that Josh Keefe has had unbelievable success in rural property sales since starting with the company and has a huge future in the industry.

"We've gone great guns of late, not only on the rural side but the residential and property management side of the business," he said.
"We've surrounded ourselves with success and with the right team members on board, are now Cowra's largest local team."
