Women's Bowls: Morrow's team wins at Manildra Gala Day

- Sandy McDonald (sub. for C. Pickard) and Penny Nash defeated Joice McNaught and Sheryn O'Malveney 16-14.
- Marion Wilson and Gwen Haydon defeated Leanne Stevenson and Dianne Mooney 33-11.
SOCIAL BOWLS
- Linda Miller, Liz Thornberry and Radka Tatterson defeated Leanne West, Jill Messenger and Deanna Noble 25-15.
- Moyna Rue, Bobbie Turner and Colleen Crump defeated Lorne Burgess, Daph Bryant and Betty Jenkins 18-16.

The teams were Deanna Noble, Radka Tatterson and Nancy Morrow, as well as Penny Nash, Joice McNaught and Liz Thornberry.
Nancy Morrow's team won the Trophies for the day, they defeated an Orange team 24-9.
Liz's team were beaten by six shots, but they all enjoyed their day of bowls & fellowship & of course the tasty morning tea & lunch served.
