The lower half of the mountain was cleared on Thursday morning but roads to the summit weren't cleared until later in the afternoon.
The Mountain has been closed for almost two weeks after heavy, wide-spread snow fell for a couple of days in the region from August 10, forcing its closure.
It was the largest dump in Orange since 2015.
