The alert by Live Traffic was issued on Wednesday evening and it remains in place on Thursday morning.
The emergency roadworks are being conducted on Henry Parkes Way, near Reedy Creek Road, and traffic is affected in both directions.
"Alternating stop/slow traffic conditions are in place for emergency pavement repairs," the Live Traffic alert stated.
"[It is] expected to remain this way until at least midday."
