John Grant, a former Australian Rugby Sevens representative, links with Young after recent seasons with Cowra Magpies in Group 10, and Cherrypickers 2017 and 2018 captain-coach James Woolford returns after a year at Cootamundra.
Group 10 premiership winner Blake Hewitt has also committed for another season after signing on before last year's campaign.
Coach Nick Hall was excited to announce the two new recruits.
"John Grant has a great pedigree as many would know. He's an athlete, he's played a lot of Sydney rugby, he's played Australian sevens, and had a year at the Wests Tigers," Hall said.
"He's a bit older now but he still has a lot to offer with athleticism, professionalism and experience.
"He'll be a winger or a centre. We've been a bit light on in the outside backs. We want to raise the standards this year and I think he'll help provide that with his talk and at training and preparation. A bag of tries would be nice as well."
Hall said Woolford won't "walk into the side".

"We have two or three blokes who are sniffing around that hooking role," Hall said.
"It's a big bonus [to have Woolford return]. He's a Cherrypicker junior and wants to come back, and he's a good player.
"James and John are our new boys and it shows we were close to the mark last year."
