Grab your racquet, bag, balls and tie up your laces because squash is back on in Canowindra.
With easing COVID-19 restrictions Amber Adams from the Canowindra Squash Club said she was excited to announce competitions would be returning from Term 3.
"In saying this there will be procedures put in place that all players must adhere to for the successful return of squash," she said.
"It is up to all players to do their part to keep everyone safe and well.
"There will be further posts around what is expected from all players to keep our club COVID-19 safe so please keep an eye out for these and if you haven't already please "like" the Canowindra Squash Club Facebook page to keep up to date with what is happening at the club."
She said the Term 3 competitions would start back the week commencing July 27.
"We plan to run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday comps as we have done so previously but that will depend on numbers," she said.
"Anyone wishing to play in Term 3 could you please register your name before Monday, July 20.
"For Monday Comp please contact Sue Johnson on 0429 846 278, Tuesday Comp please contact Kassie Wythes on 0428 406 561 and for Thursday Comp please contact Amber Adams on 0427 761984."
Adams said the club hoped new players may decide to take up the sport.
"We are very excited that we are able to hit the courts again and always welcome new players at our club," she said.
"If you have been thinking about giving squash a go why not do just that.
"If you would like to know more about the club or how the competitions are run please do not hesitate to contact one of the courts captains above.
"We look forward to seeing you all again soon."
