A 39-year-old Canowindra man has been fined $200 and disqualified from driving for three months followed by an interlock period of 12 months, after appearing at Cowra Local Court.

Jason Craig Woolley, of Waddell Street, was before the court charged with a middle range drink driving charge.
Woolley entered a plea of guilty to the charge.
According to police facts tendered to the court, around 5.40pm on July 10 this year, police sighted a motorcycle travelling towards them on Rodd Street in Canowindra at a speed estimated between 60 and 70km/h in a 50km/h zone.
Police observed the vehicle turn onto Ross Street and followed.
As they did, the rider turned his head to look at police and traveled onto the wrong side of the road, where he stopped.
Police approached and spoke to the rider, Woolley, and submitted him to a roadside breath test which returned a positive reading.
He was then arrested and taken to Canowindra Police Station for a breath analysis which returned a reading of 0.098 grams of alcohol in 210 litres of breath.
In relation to his drinking, Woolley told police he had consumed an unknown number of Tooheys New cans between 3pm and 4pm.
Woolley's solicitor Clive Hill said his client had previously been employed as a professional driver and had always been careful during that time not to drink and drive.
He said that on this occasion his client had consumed the alcohol and then hopped on the bike to "open up the throttle, so to speak".
He said Woolley had only gone around the block when he was stopped by police.
He said the impact of this offence would affect his client's personal and professional life and that "he won't be doing anything like that again".
In sentencing, Magistrate Michael O'Brien said he hoped the traffic offenders program had given Woolley the tools to know when to stop drinking or if he didn't, that he wouldn't be driving.
