Thanks Jenny, Chris was a good friend to everyone.
Winners were Ross Noble and Doug Flannery.
Runners up were Adam Rogers and Troy McClintock.
With a big headwind, no-one made it onto the 3rd green in three shots, second on 8th was Jeff Haley, second on 9th was Troy McClintock.
Pin shot on the 4th was Pete Grayson, pin shot on the 6th was John Cousins.
Jenny's special prize went to Ronnie Lawrence.
Next Sunday is another two person Ambrose sponsored by Mick Cassidy.
Golfers wrap for the year
Last Wednesday the ladies golf held their annual presentation luncheon.
This is selection of some of the winners.
A Grade champ was Annette Thomas, runner up was Lorrae Barker.
B Grade winner was Helen Kemper, runner up was Collette Armstrong.
C Grade winner was Anne Cassidy.
Foursome winners were Annette Thomas and Eileen Wilson.
Isabel Carman Trophy winner was Annette Thomas. Sally Apps trophy winner was Eileen Wilson. Legacy Cup winner was Julie Fairley. Medal of medals winner was Collette Armstrong. Forsythe Cup went to Helen Constable and Lorrae Barker.
This year has been a challenging year for all clubs and not all events were able to be played.
Especially open tournaments which our ladies like to support. Hopefully we can all hope everything will be back to normal next year.
