Representing Canowindra, Emily Thomas took out third in the 14 years girls Hammer Throw and Will Grant placed fifth in the 15 years boys discus.
The championships, held from December 3 to 6 at Sydney Olympic Park, saw Cowra's Ky Garratt take home gold in the 13 years boys Hammer Throw.
Ky recently achieved the number one ranking for Under 14s Hammer Throw in the country.
While top spot was recently taken off him, he remains number one in the state.
All of the athletes are coached by Ernie Shankelton, who praised the efforts of the kids.
"Virtually everyone had personal bests," he said.
"They all competed well, some had to compete in the rain."
Orange's Angus Thompson, who regularly trains in Canowindra, placed fourth in the 14 years boys discus and sixth in the 14 years boys shot put.
Other athletes under Ernie's wing include Dubbo's Grace Peters, who took out second in the 12 years girls javelin and third in the 12 years girls shot put and Mudgee's Mollie Blackman, who placed fourth in the 13 years girls hammer throw.
