Last Saturday the annual anniversary Open Triples Day was held.
The winners were Shawn May's team from Orange City and the runners up were Geoff Flannery's team from Eugowra.
The semi final runners up were the team of Teddy Lawrence, Barney Robson and Vinnie Mirto and the team of Phil Lees, Peter Taylor and Roger Traves.
Round winners were Crowey's team, Les Ryan's team and the team of Nick Delaney, Brent Lees, Zac Lees and Leanne West.
Grenfell take 25th anniversary memorial
Last Sunday was the 25th anniversary of the Ron Worboys Memorial three bowls pairs.
Graham and Tubby Worboys were in attendance and played in memory of their father.
The winners were the Grenfell team of Barry Bradke and Peter and the runners up were the team of Richard Fitzgerald and Trevor Hoy.
The semi-final runners up were the Grenfell team of Spock and Gerald Beath and Les Williamson's team from Temora.
Round winners were the team of Shorty Shaw and Neville Townsend, the team of Teddy Lawrence and Barney Robson and the team of Peter Taylor and Roger Traves.
Thanks to Mandy and Star for serving up a beautiful Chinese lunch on both days.
It was good to get favourable feedback on the the state of our greens from visiting bowlers.

Friday, January 29 - Twilight social mixed mufti bowls with names in by 6pm for 6.30pm start.
Nominations for the major and minor singles as well as the major and minor pairs will close on Sunday, February 6.
Wednesday badge draw will be $700.
Friday badge draw will be $600.
Sunday badge draw will be $550.
