The funds raised from the event, to be held on Saturday, February 13, will go towards buying a new blanket warmer for the hospital.
Canowindra golfer, Annette Thomas, said the day would be filled with fun.
"It's a great cause, everyone is getting behind it too, which is very good and we are all keen to help out," she said.
"We need our hospital and if we don't use it, we'll lose it.
"They (the Hospital Auxiliary) are also having some raffles and auctions as well on the day, so it will be fun for everyone."
A sausage sizzle will be held on the day and Ms Thomas said there would be prizes on offer for those playing.
"Those wanting to take part can register beforehand or you can just show up on the day, it's $25 per person," she said.
"There will be prizes for the winner and runners up."

On Saturday it was the Greenkeeper's Revenge Day, with some of the holes in most horrendous positions, thanks Doug.
It was a two person Ambrose, winners were Rowley McCall and Anthony Scott with nett 69. Anthony is a new member of the club and this is a nice way to start.
Thanks to the 3 M's (Matt, Mick and Moony) for their mowing this week.
Next week is an 18 hole stroke sponsored by John and Alison Cousins. This is a good day for you all to finish off the matchplays.
