The Tigers ran out easy winners 86-4, and will be at home to Molong this Sunday before taking on competition heavyweights Trundle the following week.
"There wasn't much we could take out of it," Grimshaw said after last weekend's win.
"I was quite happy with our performance, we were clinical in what we did and even though the scoreline was so big what I was most impressed about was that we kept to our structures.
"Instead of trying to score off every play when bringing the ball off our own quarter line we kept to our structures, that really impressed me and pleased me the most out of the game."
Looking ahead Grimshaw is expecting a tougher game this weekend.
"I said to the guys, enjoy this but come Monday let's start thinking about Molong."
Molong were defeated 30-10 by Trundle in round one.
"Molong were right in that game with probably 10 minutes to go, they're definitely going to be tough," Grimshaw said.
"This weekend will give us an indication of where we are up to and what we have to improve on throughout the course of the year."
The Tigers had the bye in the League Tag competition and made it a double with a 26-18 win over Manildra in the Youth League competition. In other top grade results Cargo defeated Eugowra 26-4 and Manildra had a 26-14 win over Peak Hill.
