Keep an eye out for a text message or phone call from the vaccination team, who will let you know where and when to come for your essential second dose.
Canowindra students over 12yrs old are invited to attend this clinic for vaccination.
They'll need to have their student ID and Medicare number and can pop down to:
Canowindra Showground, Rodd Street, Wednesday, September 22, 2021 between 10am and 3pm.
Anyone aged 12-15yrs MUST BE accompanied by their parent, guardian or nominated carer.
Please do not attend this second dose clinic if you are:
- Unwell. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, get a test instead.
- Waiting a COVID test result
- Have been advised you're a close contact
- Have had any other vaccination (including flu) in the previous seven days
If any of the above apply to you, please make a booking at an alternative provider
Please note: Pfizer doses must be given at least 21 day apart.
