The case is in Bourke and was not in the community while infectious.
Twelve patients have discharged from the COVID Care in the Community (CCiC) program.
There were no virus fragments detected in sewage samples taken from areas without known or recent cases of COVID-19, or recent sewage detections.
The last identified case of COVID-19 in Cowra was reported in the 24 hours up to 8pm on October 10.
