On Monday GRNSW announced the list of 10 greyhounds in contention for the organisation's slot in the $1.145 million feature event to be run at The Meadows on December 18.
Those 10 are made up of Zipping Kyrgios, Wow, Light And Lily, Cash View and Bandit Ned, each winners of the last five Group races contested prior to voting commencing, plus another five voted on to the list by an expert panel.
They are Good Odds Cash, Sound Of Silence, Jungle Deuce, Louis Rumble and Fire Legend.
Now it's your turn to vote for the one to represent you and the people of NSW when they take on the best of the best in the sport's newest feature race.
But there is an added incentive to vote. One lucky voter will be drawn and they have the opportunity to cash in on the Phoenix riches as well.
Should the GRNSW dog win the first prize of $750,000, the lucky voter will walk away with $50,000.
Regardless of where the GRNSW slot greyhound finishes, the successful voter will win a cash prize.
"I believe we now have the 10 best greyhounds in NSW to pick from," GRNSW Chief Executive Officer Tony Mestrov said.
