The property was purchased in August this year for $3.15 million, according to CoreLogic records, just one year after it last changed hands for $2.2 million. READ MORE: Records show it is owned by a company directed by Mr Barker. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a salt-water pool and views from the deck to Tallow Beach and across to Broken Head. There's a renovated kitchen and split-level living area, along with a downstairs media/gym area. The pair, who are engaged, had their first child earlier this year. It's not their first joint purchase in Byron Bay, having paid $2.3 million for a nearby property in 2020, which they've subsequently renovated. They rose to fame as the winners of the 2017 season of The Block, when comedian Dave Hughes purchased their project for $3,067,000.
