Mr Gee received 626 of the 1051 votes lodged at the Canowindra High School polling place on Saturday, up from the 582 votes he received in 2019 when 1093 votes were lodged.
In 2019 a 12.01 per cent swing was recorded against Mr Gee in Canowindra when he faced seven candidates.
By comparison he received a 6.32 per cent swing in his favour on Saturday when he faced five candidates.
Independent Kate Hook finished with 173 votes in Canowindra, followed by Pauline Hanson's One Nation candidate Stacey Whittaker.
Sarah Elliot, the Labor candidate polled 85 votes and Adam Jannis, who stood as the United Australia Party candidate, received 32 votes.
The Greens candidate Kay Nankervis polled just 26 votes.
Thirty nine informal votes were lodged, a significant fall from the 71 lodged in 2019.
In Cargo, Mr Gee also topped the poll with 152 of the 279 formal votes lodged.
