Strike Force Kalkadoon was formed by NSW Police Force’s Southern Region to investigate the whereabouts of the pair, who were captured at a remote property near Elong Elong, 50 kilometres east from Dubbo, after eight years on the run from authorities.
The two men, aged 36 and 58, were arrested and have been charged with a number of unrelated offences.
Police will further allege on Friday, August 29, 2014 a significant fire destroyed a machinery shed and its contents on a property on Rivers Road, Canowindra.
Following an investigation by Conabloas Criminal Investigation Unit, both men were interviewed in relation to the circumstances surrounding the fire.
On Monday the pair were issued future court attendance notices for two counts of destroy or damage property in company by means of fire.
They are expected to appear in Dubbo Local Court on January 20, 2016.
